I want to remove both doorways from the kitchen and open the eastern facing area to the living/dining area. A soffit may need to be installed over the north doorway to
accommodate the 240 volt power line for the relocated range against the west wall.
I want to remove this small wall entirely and replace it with a soffit extending along the ceiling from the windows to the HVAC vent to accomodate the track lighting rail. The wall phone connection circled in red will
need to be embedded into this soffit and routed back into the floor.
I need new cabinets, countertops and flooring. I will need a new range with an overhead vent, ducted internally. I want to install an overhead microwave against the kitchen west wall. This is what I'd like to do.
