The Door
Now this is not a large issue, and I might like to have one of these myself. What you see here is an electronic door lock. Notice the white button beside the door frame. Our Rules and Regulations handbook does not allow this modification to be made to the common elements of the building but this unit happens to be owned by a sitting board member. I can't help but wonder if this variance would be allowed for a non board member.From page 29 of our Rules and Regs: The corridor side of unit doors shall not be changed to detract from the general uniform appearance of the doors.
